Westlands
The Aryth Ocean is the west. The Spine of the World is the east wall. The Blight and the Blasted Lands eat the north. Emond’s Field, Watch Hill, and Deven Ride sit together in the Two Rivers, west of Andor, under the Mountains of Mist. Tar Valon is the island city on the Erinin, a hard ride from that farm country. Tear, Illian, and Ebou Dar hold the south coast. The Borderlands — Saldaea, Kandor, Arafel, Shienar — stand between the Blight and everyone else.
Nations and capitals stay on by default. Rivers and unnamed geographic marks start hidden so the towns stay readable. Open them when you are tracing a river or a mountain name.
